When you run a scan, we collect the public website address you submit and the resulting report, including findings, score, scan timing, and the pages checked. Our hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may also process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.

We use this information to run the scan, create and retrieve reports, support re-scans and shared report links, secure and troubleshoot the service, prevent misuse, improve LaunchProof, and comply with applicable law.

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, and operate LaunchProof; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

LaunchProof is intended to inspect publicly available websites. By submitting a URL, you represent that you own the site or are authorized to scan it. LaunchProof does not require source-code access and does not intentionally sign in, submit forms, or make purchases during a public scan.

We retain scan information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. To request deletion of a report or ask a privacy question, contact us through yochumsoftware.com and include the report link.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Children
LaunchProof is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as LaunchProof changes. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect. Your continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to your use.
